[Suggestion] NarutoBase Academy for newcomers to complete the Basic-5.

Well a member said that a Sensei have up to 25 to 50 students anyway. What your saying is what already being done. Therefore, the problems have already arise and taken effect.

Like I said the Time Mangement. Your doing all this, for what? If you know you do not have the time, don't do it. or at least organinze it in the days you can. Example, I do such and such on this day and relax on this day.

You right. Wrong choice of words. However, the argument was always nothing. The suggesting was managing the time, but this was something the Sensei have to take care of personally. I have no real say in it. I moved my augment to focusing on training. It is a slow process. I am suggesting ways for it to progress without it lacking in quality. I support the "Method" Training created by Lil-chan and updated by Reborn - "Lecture, Study, & Quiz". I do not favor the "Template" Training because it is creating the problems we have now.

I also suggest:

1. I say cut out the "junk" we don't need. Example, we need a certain rank to learn Jutsu. Why? Just teach them everything in the field and they can use the Jutsu when they make rank.

2. If it is Roleplay and we are training, why are we "magically" pulling shit out of ass explaining to our Sensei, who is suppose to teach us, about the field at which we train? Then say don't copy wiki. Basically you said....

"I'm going to teach you fractions, so first, what do you know about fractions?"

That is what Sensei's are for. Teach me. You "people" already said the RP System is similar to the Naruto series but with a few alterations.

This suggestion is wrong in so many ways...
but il just go trough the importand parts.

First of all... Sensei,Senpai and such all have lives.
They Need their own free time and such, They are busy with training already on this moment.
If they where to do that Academy project of yours, They will be forced to Quit their current training, Or give up their Free time.
And Sensei ofcourse shouldn't just get Students appointed, Since the student may have Bad Grammar, Copy and pastes and such bad stuff. The Sensei Should be able to Choose his own Students, And if that happens, the sensei will just keep training like he did before but with new Students, and that my friend, Is Pointless.

Second of all, Its stupid....
Basicly the students who go to this academy are people that are either to Impatient or just Rude to Sensei.
Patience should get you training, Its easy! I think most of the people that agree with this project(Except Confucius) all haven't tried their best to get a sensei, or they just spammed.

Thirdly....
Sensei are also human!
Like i said before they need time and space.
They Won't like this since they will be forced to teach, And in such a Short period of time.
1 month means at least 1 post per day, Possibly Several, It all depends on the element.
Sensei like to take their time with posting and such.
They also like to take their own students, to see who is worthy or not.

In my opinion, This Project is a bad idea created by impatience.

Yup, I understand. It was wrong for me to create this suggestion thread. I now know that the problems for this system will be far greater than the advantages.

But if you can do something then we need even more Senpais, 1 for each sensei.
