[Suggestion] NarutoBase Academy for newcomers to complete the Basic-5.

Hello,

Last time I posted this suggestion, it failed miserably. This time I calculated precisely. Hope it works.

Build a Training Academy in which every month students will be admitted and in between a month, no student can be admitted. The new-comers can learn the basic-5 upto A-rank Jutsu or more. And basic Taijutsu, Genjutsu and Ninjutsu.

This will increase more RP-ers and I know 99% people will still oppose this idea.

I support this. I still didn't make a bio,because every sensei whom I asked is busy or doesn't have any time at the moment,and I am really interested in RPG-ing.

How can I progress in it,when there is no one who can train me,what is the point of making a bio then?

I am against this idea. This will simply create more congestion in the number of users attempting to get training. Sensei can only do so much to train people. Its not that easy.

And training up to A-rank takes ALOT more than a month, also one should not be hasty, reply superfast just for the sake of learning techniques. Its also about understanding them and knowing how they work, the strenghts and weaknesses, and all that takes time. No need to be hasty.

That just makes the entire training situation more complicated than it needs to be. The sensei must go around bugging the students to for training reminders, vice versa, and it also just slows down the training process as well.

Insight: This was suggested many times. It failed because the method of teaching. No one wants to teach a group of students because of time-zone issues and students can copy from others work which is teaching them nothing. Teachers would also focus on the whole class and give less time to each individual students if they needed. Example: They whole class may get it, but one student may be struggling to understand. Our main concern is the teachers. You cannot just have anyone just teach. Even still, they would be monitored on a day by day basis to keep track of their training. Its too much stress.

Advice: Make a thread in Konoha of your suggestion as a Beta Test. Link it to Caliburn (RP Adminstration).

I would ignore the teaching the Jutsu part and focus on them learning the concept of each Art. Maybe Reborn/Lil's Method of training can come in handy.

Its not official. They want to learn Jutsu. Therefore, they want something official they can participant in. I kind of agree with them. The Mods have to create something to get Rp more active or else its dead. The first step is training which is always having the most complaints.

3) Not every1 will understand jutsus easily and so even though they will need help, the sensei wouldn't be able to help due to the amount of students

4) Students will copy other peoples work and the sensei can't really do anything about it because there would be so many students

5) There's 5 elements so there's no way 1 sensei could teach so many students all that on his own which means you would need 5 senseis to do all that

6) You said you would take in new students every month, how exactly would they catch up to the students who have already started? Answer : they can't so that means the sensei would need to start all over again with the new batch of students

7) Senseis need time for themselves instead of just teaching people all day and it wouldn't be fair to them to check so many replies and then reply to each 1 with the appropriate answer

What you are asking for is basically special treatment, a lot of us have had to wait our turn to find teachers while following the rules, just be patient and when you see a sensei with an open spot then ask him
