No, you agreed with Dante who said they had "little power", that's very different from being powerful but not battle oriented. Also as far as the connection between the Uzumaki and Uchia goes, I would assume it has something to do with them being affiliated back at the beginning when the Senju Uchia and Uzumaki clans were all allied.
