Naruto only uses 3 jutsus so he doesnt need one handed signs. Naruto is strong and is a master at controlling massive amounts of chakra, however he isn't that genius or skilled in Ninjutsu.

Possible, sure, shown? No, you would think if he learned anything new that was worthwhile they would of shown it in Gaiden.... Or the boruto movie/manga

He's listed as a user of all Nature types bar KKG, though he has used Boil, Magnet, and Lava style. So he can def. learn any technique associated with them. <--- All achievable through RSM. However he is powerful as it is, even then both Naruto and Sasuke got nerfed hard in Gaiden and the Boruto Movie.

OT : I'm not sure if hand signs have anything to do with CC.

His CC though is God tier.

Well it's a rarity, so it requires skill to perform. Back in part 1, Kakashi noted that he's never seen it done before. So it has less to do with CC, but more to do with skill.

Yeah with the Bijus help he can preform any elemental technique if he took out the time to learn them.
