You can't take shadow clone jutsu away because he learned it it wasn't given to him. So if you take away all the powerups Naruto got so 9 tails and what Hagoromo gave him. he would be better than Sasuke. Because You would take away Sasuke's eyes like you mentioned and takeaway Whatever his brother gave him and whatever Hagoromo gave him plus take away whatever Oro gave him. Do you not see who was given more handouts?

Na na even without kyuubi sasuke the genius got rustled by how strong naruto was getting and decided to fight him so im still going with naruto genius or not i like base naruto more than any power ups hes gotten except sage mode its bad ass

Sasuke had training from his family for a few years.

Naruto would've had the same opportunity.

I get what your saying, although if naruto didn't have kurama to begin with, he would be much more proficient at chakra control, because kurama wouldn't be there to mess with it. Imo naruto would still be stronger than him.
