the problem with you is that you say naruto having kurama's power isn't legit,while naruto not only suffred terrible chakra control because of it,meaning harder time than everyone else to learn jutsus,has to improve that and he did,had to fight the beast itself to has it(he had help,why not,since no normal human can beat a tailed beast).

as for the bolded part,KM the first time had also a huge disadvantage,first it was a limited amount of chakra,second if the beast wants to absorb his chakra he'll be dead.
BM is like EMS,an up stage of KM(MS)with no drawbacks .(people forget that EMS users can have PS)
