Claiming Naruto can use dojutsu as good as Sasuke is like claiming Sasuke can use RSM as good as Naruto. Nagato spent his whole life mastering Rinnegan and it only took Sasuke less than a day to shit on his feats U_U

Mastering the sharingan isn't about chakra it's about skill. Unlike the senju who as we can see from Hashirama, Tobirama or even Tsunade they were pretty skilled in combat. Naruto on the other hand, skill isn't his best asset so he would not exactly fall in the same category of the descendants of Ashura.

Sasuke still surrendered to Naruto and you can't change that.

Nope, chakra doesn't determine someone's talent or their ability to be creative with their powers. Sasuke was also able to do more than Madara which confirms his superior ability with dojutsu. He's the only Rinnegan user that was compared to Hagoromo despite having less of a day of experience with his powers.

Eye power is as good as the chakra powering the eyes. Naruto's chakra is not only huge but very powerful and more than enough to use any doujutsu at it highest level. Sure Sasuke has superior intellect and no ones denying that but it has to do nothing with efficiency and power of his doujutsu. The only thing his intellect would help him in is how and when to use what power and nothing more. Kakashi had far superior intellect yet his sharingan would take quite a toll on his body even after he improved in its usage due to his body and chakra not being strong enough to use the sharingan to its max potential.
Naruto has no such restrictions, so all I see here is you being either ignorant of the facts or just butthurt to see that Naruto can easily handle your favs techniques but Sasuke can't handle all of Naruto's power.

As I said above Naruto has no restriction on using Sasuke's power on par with Sasuke himself but same does not hold true for Sasuke because he doesn't have the body to handle Naruot's power even with Hashi cells. And I compared Nagato to Obito and not Sasuke cuz a transmigrant hold the obvious advantage because of their strong chakra.

Disagree, nagato was limited by the fact that he wasn't the true owner of the rinnegan and using the techniques took a heavy toll on his body. How can you get creative when using chibaku tensei gives a nose bleed?

He showed skill in his battle with kakashi when they were kids; bearing in mind that hr had not awakened his sharingan and kakashi at the time was a prodigy for his age.

Naruto is good with practical things (i.e. gathering nature energy or shaping chakra - rasengan) however i am not sure he has the mental fortitude to handle a Sharingan/Ems/Rinnegan.

It took him long enough to manage hus reverse harem jutsu.
