Yeah even though im a naruto fan without his Kage Bunshin he would've never been able to train the way he did or learn the techniques he knows. So basically Kage Bunshin is naruto's strongest Jutsu

Same could be said for any other character in the manga, Sasuke's attacks including the Chidori require the Sharingan, as do Kakashi (who used his Sharingan to copy countless jutsu), and Might Gai using the Gates, if their were no gates he wouldn't be able to power up.
