Sasuke's hand pierced Naruto's shoulder, possibly passing through his right lung so i'm pretty sure that's a fatal would, and Naruto was able to regenerate from that in moments which means he was Able to regenerate limbs/fatal wound

I didn't know the lung was the same as the heart. The chances of surviving a wound to the lung is a lot higher than surviving with a wound to the heart.
