Uh, yes Sasuke does get advantages as well. Sasuke would've died against Haku if not for Naruto, died against sick Orochimaru if he was trying to kill, would've died against Killer Bee if not for Taka, would've died against Danzo if it weren't for Karin and Tobi, would've lost immediately against Kabuto if it weren't for Edo Itachi, etc.
They both get advantages, saying only one doesn't is stupid.

Pretty much Every character in naruto could have died at some point in the story and gets saved by someone and that's the whole point of naruto is about team work ,about relying on friends ,you can't do everything on your own just like itachi told naruto ,so don't make it look like it's wrong or anything like ,being saved by a friend doesn't mean that the character is weak.
