Yes, Kishi will draw a short manga for the winner, it was announced in the the anniversary stream.

I understand you want side characters like Neji to have manga but it's highly unlikely for it to be a character that is not really popular.

nah it's not just side characters
it's neji specific


i think him being mistreated by his uncle and grandfather. treated like nothing compared to the main family is more relatable then anything boruto goes through and that's why i want neji to win.
