Its a developing village in Japan in modern times, they have technology you know that they get from bigger cities like Tokyo and some resources that comes from America.

Will Naruto world developed Skyscraper like modern city and developing public transportation like subway, MRT, Maglev ect.
One think I keep thinking, is there any university or to lesser extant school that teach about knowledge subjet like Math, Science, History, Geography etc. and not ninja study. Is they even exist?
