[Theory] Naruto Wont Be Hokage But NV King at Amagakure

I just recall the time when Amakagure need a savior that can stop the war between country. Yahiko and Hanzou will step in and build their own way how to control the mass that causes from all nation neighboring. Amakagure sure have a land that filled with people with the big hope that still having unstop rain and crying because off madness of shinobi world. The land didn't have a leader after Hanzou, Yahiko, Nagato and Konan die protecting the their land and world future. Pein once mention that he can control the world from the tower he live in with many skyscrapers. Kishi give us a sign wheh he show no replacement for the head of Amakagure after Akatsuki. So if there any possibility that Kishi may put Naruto as NV King that will control world from Amakagure?

Jiraiya die in Amakagure.
Yahiko, Nagato Konan die in their land and give a hope to Naruto to chance future
Pein 6 body is people with hope to chance world.
Kakashi will be hokage and there is many candidate such Konohmaru and K11 to fill in.

Can Naruto fulfill Jiraiya and his senior wish at last?

I would be more than okay with this.

It would be very symbolic of the lifes tied to his own, that being his sensei Jiraiya and sibling student Nagato, critical to Naruto's growth and maturation. The Rain would also be metaphorical of Naruto's effect on the Ninja World, washing the world clean and creating new life in it's stead.

OT I agree, though I doubt they will use the title "King". Probably a Japanese word antithetical to Kage, since Kage means shadow and we know that Naruto is associated with the sun. His actual position will probably be something like head of the U.N. ... Whether Sasuke will be co-head remains to be seen.

Either this or Naruto will become a wandering hermit just like his Master.

Because Amekagure located at the center of nation, naruto can easily control the world from the pein tower.

For my opinion because of this manga based from 'The Tales of Gallant Jiraiya'. After Snake>Rabbit the world peace will be reached temporary Tsunade will give her work to Kakashi the end of part2. When the part3 start some character will renown as Legendary eg. team 7 but sasuke start to felt abandon from public manly because of Uchiha always been address by people as source of all evil. So Sasuke will flew Konoha and again going rouge but this time he has lost faith in humanity (just like oro) so this how he will be FV. Sasuke first attempt to attack shinobi world and he will fight Tsunade. She will die fight sasuke in part3 Dragon>Slug>Snake she will die protecting shinobi world and will die like Hiruzen because believe in his grandfather principle while failed to see Naruto as Hokage. Naruto start to feel Hokage wont fulfill his promise to NV world because as 'Sasuke The Dragon Devil' along with Co. (Kabuto, Karin, Sugetsu, Juugo, Orochimaru) has losing faith in humanity and keep attacking every nation through Moon/Sky.The only way Naruto able to secure the earth and battle Sasuke is the Gokage collectively agree to recognize Naruto as NV King. Naruto will send Bijuu (Not jinchuriki) as protection to all nation and with Hinata on his side they will live in the highest tower from Amekagure.. Remember Hinata byakugan vision is the longest range among Hyuga clan and she maybe the reincarnation of good kaguya too.

This is just my 2cent btw.
