My reasoning for thinking this is simple all previous hokage's and great ninja's of konoha have had great disciples. while konohamaru is promising i feels that naruto needs to develop him more and also i feel naruto is not mature enough yet. My bets r on kakashi

Yeah, I was thinking outside of Neji. Someone like Sakura of Sasuke, whom Naruto has essentially dedicated his whole being to. Neji was obviously important to Naruto (and vise versa) but I think Neji's death isn't what's going to do it for Naruto.
