Naruto without the Nine-Tails

Naruto needed the Nine-Tails chakra to summon Gamabunta, it wasn't within his chakra level to do it yet. Naruto would need to tap into the Kyuubi's chakra, and one of the main stipulations of my scenario is that Naruto CANNOT use the Kyuubi so this would be impossible.



Even after Jiraiya fixed the seal Naruto was still summoning tadpoles.

Naruto chakra is 5x kakashi so no

No kurama and No curse mark the fight would have gone the same way as the roof top fight. That is with sasuke being butthurt and running away from the village.

I would be more interested by Naruto without Kurama at all. Of course that would means that there would no evil intent against Naruto in village. And with Minato and Kushina alive it would be so different. There would be Naruto with ultimate jutsu. His father Hirashin Kunai. Just throw one and daddy will save you little one.

Because you said they were equal, I just want to know if you think they was equal in chakra before vote because you know chakra is what make attacks strong and if one is lacking the attack will pale in comparison

It's plausible that there were equal in chakra and that Naruto's Rasengan is just inherently better.

I'm going to make this short... Sasuke started off with the curse mark when the fight began. Also Naruto's rasengan was shown to be more powerful than chidori, to conclude Naruto never summoned Gami once without the nine tails help in part 1. Sadly Naruto wins.
