Mmmhh don't be that sure. his wounds would have drown him out of blood without the regenerative power of Kurama. Otherwise, if Haku defeated Naruto without killing him, Zabuza would have ordered to him to kill the latter, and Haku would have obeyed regardless.

he would've assumed naruto and sasuke were already dead. had haku ended up heading to zabuza right after beating naruto once sasuke passed out (since naruto isn't using kurama in this example) he would've ended up retreating with zabuza since his arms were practically unusable. if your example did happen, kakashi would had overheard it and intercepted haku.

I'm stating he's Ashura's transmigrant, even without Kurama he had the potential to reach Hashi's level, Kurama just gave him the potential to surpass that level like Itachi's eyes giving Sasuke the potential to surpass Madara's.

No, stamina is separate from chakra. It comes from physical energy while chakra is a combination of physical energy and spiritual energy

No I think your stamina is converted into chakra I got look up to make sure but I think I'm right
