I am comparing part one sasuke and Naruto to part one sakura of course. And the sage training he did that because of clones.

Kage Level. He's still a Senju/Uzumaki. Base Naruto has 4x the chakra of Kakashi. Without Kurama's influence, Naruto could generate up to a 1000 clones as seen in Chapt 1, The Gaara fight and the rasenshuriken training. Naruto picks up sage mode like his father and Jiraiya and he's still more OP than the other K11 and higher ups of the Leaf.

just k11 level imo, he has rasengan and rasenshirunken with sage mode but that don't make him kage level, half the time he ran out of chakra he had to take or borrow from kurama.

RS and Sage Mode make him kage level, not to mention he could of focused more on his Uzumaki abilities rather than Kyuubi.
He would be below Hashirama though, Tobirama as-well. I dunno how fast he would be without KCM, but he defintely is Kage level.

I believe Naruto can surpass Hashirama without Kurama. Remember Kurama made it harder for Naruto to use his powers/chakra, yet he was still able to learn jutsu like the FRS and Sage mode. So without Kurama Naruto would be able to use his powers/chakra to the fullest.

He has the potential to learn high level sealing jutsu including his mother's chakra chain seal. He could manipulate and use the 9 tails seal. If his mother's around she could show him how to use the Uzumaki clan powerful life force.

He has the potential to learn his father S/T. Naruto learned his own S/T during his sage mode training.

Naruto still hasn't fully mastered Sage Mode. He showed us he has to potential to gather natural energy and activate SM while moving.

Actually, his chakra control during part 1 would've been much better, so he would be able to use his massive chakra much more effectively, and fight longer. Overall, he would last as long as he did with the Kyuubi.

One thing that would change, though:
He'd lose against Neji.

Other than that, I see everything else turning out the same due to the benefits of not having kurama within him.

I'm saying he'll be a much better ninja in the beginning, because based of how much he trained (in vain), and how much normal ninja train, he'd be at least 3x better than the rest of K11, barring the geniuses (Neji, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Shino), of course.
