Naruto without kurama

I have been seeing a lot lately people saying that if naruto didn't have kurama he would be weak. Think about it. If naruto didn't have kurama then minato and kushina would still be alive. Imagine how OP he would be with rasengan, Ftg multi shadow clones, uzumaki seals, sage mode and toad summonings. With minato, kushina, and jiraiya teaching him he would be extremely strong.

If Naruto did not have Kurama then Kushina would have learn Naruto to be A Seal Master like The Uzumaki were and Sasuke would have had His powers sealed away including Sharigan.
