Kushina would still be dead, Minato would peep on other girls, just like Jiraiya thought him, Naruto would be professionally trained by his dad and maybe even learn FTG, the Rasengan, albeit powerful, will probably be another ninjutsu, not a jutsu that helps JINCHUURIKIs master TBB, Naruto would be smart, Naruto wouldn't even be a significant character then, the whole Narutoverse is f***ed.
