Sasuke not having Susanoo makes a minuscule difference in this fight.
In all possible scenarios he wins - whether they're teens or adults. But I'm not surprised by Naruto fans' adamant replies to advocate that Naruto would remotely stand a chance.
Sasuke still has access to all of his EMS primary techniques, also still has full access to his Rinnegan's abilities.
I can't see Naruto doing anything or getting past 3 minutes in the fight since Sasuke has Rinnegan Genjutsu that subdues Naruto in an instant and has Ameno that blitzed JJ Madara.
It's practically futile attempts from Naruto and Sasuke's indefinite wins.
Taking away Sasuke's most powerful weapon, albeit not his main source of power and Naruto's main gimmick, virtually and essentially what constitutes Naruto's raw power was Naruto's inevitable demise.
EMS Sasuke would have been a more fair match-up, but ergo Sasuke still shits. The disparity in their powers is just too in Sasuke's favor.
Pre-cognition that could keep track of JJ Obito whose speed transcended SM Madara or any version of Madara before acquiring the Juubi, and reflexes that were enough to dodge JJ Obito, albeit from a great distance, but still more impressive than anything SM Naruto had ever shown, and Genjutsu Naruto now has no answer to and Amaterasu that will inevitably cremate him if he's not in SM. Yeah, Sasuke pretty much stomps even if he doesn't wield the Rinnegan.
Unless you strip away all of Sasuke's doujutsu powers I can't see SM Naruto doing anything of substance.
But even so, if Sasuke avoids SM Naruto enough, and remains airborne at least until Naruto's SM runs out, he could land Kirin and obliterate Naruto instantaneously. (I'm just trolling here), but this sounds exquisitely intriguing.
So the only match-up left that could allow Naruto to respond to Sasuke's EMS power would be KCM. But even KCM would inevitably lose.
Sasuke essentially is the worst match-up Naruto has.
Rumbling done now - but in short, Sasuke stomps. Probably the only answer everyone here with sensibility should have posted.
