That's because he and Hagoromo inherited the chakra from Kaguya. Naruto need the bijuu's chakra for TSB. But he still have SPSM tho it'll be weaker than the one with Kurama's chakra and the bijuu's way weaker.

That's actually not true what Sasuke got was Hogaromo's yin chakra so it was Indra + Indra. Its also the reason Sasuke doesnt have yang release. Had Sasuke had Yang or yin yang youd have a valid point.

What Naruto got was Yang and spsm because of tailed beasts and hogaromo. The combination of the two.

As for Hogaromo being used as an example that's a really poor example since he lives outside the normal laws and neither do they apply to him. You dont see others doing anything ghost Hogaromo did or can do.

Hogaromo's full chakra is composed of yin and yang they would have both and have both kisted as affinities if that was the case. 1 got yin the other yang. Naruto's sage mode was a regular kyubi Naruto sage mode amped by his new chakra boost. His spsm is the one with the tailed beasts and yang energy combined that's the handout of Hogaromo which is the equivalent if the rinne sharingan.

It'd be EMS/Rinnegan Sasuke vs. Sage Mode Naruto, but w/ Rikudo Chakra. Sasuke still stomps w/ Ameno. Naruto needs his bijuu cloak at least to win.

Sasuke buttrapes. Naruto has never been able to and never will be able to handle a mastered Rinnegan user of this level without Kurama. That and he still has Enton. This version of Naruto needs Kurama Avatar, not just Kurama Mode, to defeat this version of Sasuke w/o Susanoo.

Take the amps Sasuke gets from the EMS (Itachi's sharingan and the chakra increase they gave) and the Rinnegan from Sasuke, and take Kurama away from Naruto, and they you have a balanced fight.
