Naruto has no means to defend against Amaterasu without Kurama.

This isn't MS Sasuke who can be dodged by V2 and Above, Sasuke's tracking improved after he gained EMS and allowed him to track JJ Obito and SM Madara who are superior to V2 Ay.

Like I said, this is an unfair match up, Naruto loses more than 75% of his power without Kurama, while you restrict a single jutsu from Sasuke.

You should only restrict avatars, then it'll be a fair match, Naruto needs his bijuu cloak to compete with Sasuke's MS abilities and above.

6psm required 9 tailed beasts chakra including kurama's so its not happening. Not to mention Naruto's natural reserves would drop significantly from 4 times kakashi's down to likely kakashi's level.

If that were the case then Sasuke would have had access to the tailed beasts chakra as well. Not only that, but the bijuu used lent their power to naruto after he got rsm as well, and he displayed no knowledge of them being a part of him beforehand

He got the first one from Hagoromo, so Kurama is not needed

Because he recieved the Hagoromos chakra, obviously. However he displayed no ability to use any of the tailed beasts chakra.

(Also? Hamura had TSB as well as RSM and he didnt have tailed beast chakra. Hagoromo also had access to these forms and abilities before becoming a host of the bijuu).
