This is a very dumb post tbh. How many Uchiha were outstanding in history, besides Madara, Sasuke, Shisui and Itachi? For as long as the Uchiha exist, only 4 people out of them were truly remarkable shinobis.

Naruto or Hashirama with a sharingan would be broken as there chakra levels allows them to spam it all day. Sure intelligence can take it further but Chakra can easily take it just as far, if not then further.

They were remarkable because the 4 you just mentioned all went beyond 3T. Uchiha in general have been wanked since the manga began just like the Senju. There clan is exceptional most of the Uchiha however went unnoticed because they don't all awaken a Sharingan.

Do you think Itachi would've been what he was if his intelligence hadn't influenced his sharingan control? And I'm not even mentioning the fact that Itachi did not have a vast chakra pool.

Chakra reserves trump all evidenced by the fact that Sasuke couldn't kill Nardo and tried to use bijuu chakra to make up for the difference in chakra reserves. Madara tried to use Kurama against Hashi because he can't last against his reserves using his own power. a user with a 3 tomoe spamming basic techs on a whim is more deadly than a ms user with a technique that can only be used sparingly.

To go beyond 3T, you don't need intelligence at all, it's pretty much the opposite, you have to kill your best friend, that's stupidness.
