Naruto with out the nine tails

I know the nine tails is apart of naruto just as much as the sharringan is apart of sasuke. But lets be real the fox gives Naruto unlimited chakra. Would he still be the strongest in the Leaf village without it. I mean if he loses it after the war

Naruto is one of the best characters even without Kurama.

Nahh but on a serious note i'd say he'd still be the strongest in Konoha at the moment. Sage Mode Naruto took down 5 pains afterall. Not to mention that he actually beat Kurama, with some help though. But still pretty impressive. He'd not be nearly as strong as he is now though. But definetly still top 20.

The Kyubi does not give Naruto unlimited chakra, just "a whole lot of" chakra. The evidence points to both Naruto's BM and kyubi cloaks given to shinobi disappearing after the Jubi's massive attack. Were the Kyubi's chakra unlimited, they would both be standing, especially Naruto's BM. The Kyubi has been shown thrice in the recent manga chapters to be molding chakra during combat.

In regards to still being the strongest in the Leaf village without the Kyubi's help, Naruto would not. Sage Mode is a terrible transformation whilst in combat. The only reason Naruto went so far in the fight against Nagato is because he was prepared for it and brought multiple clones with Nature Chakra to replenish his mode. Transforming into Sage Mode whilst in combat requires running the hell out of enemy fire and hoping to God they don't find you while you mold Nature Chakra.

HOWEVER.

Since Naruto hypothetically won't have the Kyubi to help him, this means Ma and Pa can help him mold Nature chakra for him so he can be in Sage Mode for longer periods of time. This still means Naruto has to spend time summoning them to the battlefield. This also means Naruto has to watch out for the two toads so they do not become casualties. It's still a terrible transformation any way you look at it.

If he didn't have Kurama, then Minato would have still been alive to teach him FTG/rasengan

Kushina would be alive to teach him seals

Hes is still an uzumaki so he would have sage mode(which requires massive chakra) - assuming he inherits the toad summons from minato

Yes, he has a sh^t load of chakra. Remember the fight with Gaara, and the first episode of Naruto when he made 999 clones? Yeah that was his chakra ONLY & that was only when he was 12. Just imagine now...oh and 1 more thing. He needs almost 60-70% of his chakra to suppress the 9 tails inside his body, and with that 30-40% of his chakra he made 999 shadow clones. Just imagine if he didn't have Kurama inside of him..that's how strong he will be.

Simple, he would still be among the strongest shinobi, maybe not as OP as he is now BUT he would have some other important advantages.

People need to realize the following:

1.Without Kurama, Naruto still has huge chakra reserves (Uzumaki trait), he can still use sage mode since Kurama had absolutely nothing to do with that, and not only regular sage mode but perfect sage mode.

2.Without Kurama, Minato and Kushina would still be alive meaning Naruto obviously gets training and advice from very talented shinobi (especially Minato, considered a genius and extremely talented).He would be very knowledgeable in powerful sealing techs.

3.Naruto had to overcome so much and train a great deal to be able to use Kurama´s power like he does now, people tend to overlook that fact and act as if anyone could do it.To be able to tame and befriend 9 Tails is a huge feat, becoming a perfect Jink is not something that can be done by shinobi´s just like that....Very few have done it in Narutoverse´s history.

Bottom line, Naruto would be a top shinobi whether he had the Fox or not.Let´s say for a moment Kishimoto decided not to give Naruto the 9 Tails and the story progressed that way....since the manga is called Naruto its creator would have simply made his sage mode on par with Hashirama´s or something like that.Perhaps different power-ups, it doesn´t matter because in the end Naruto would still be uber powerful as it would make no sense to have a manga in which the main character is not at least top 3 among the strongest.

Probably, even without the Kyuubi he would still have high chakra reserves from being an Uzumaki and he would still learn sage mode. In fact, he'd probably be spamming rasengan less and have a different (and probably smarter) fighting style.

*Facepalm*He can still use a massive number of clones WITHOUT the fox.It´s his Uzumaki blood that makes him large chakra reserves.
