If you're going by DNA they are closer to him because it's his cells...... not tsunade's watered down dna. If they did they wouldn't be able to do it just like her

In theory, yeah but he'll probably not ever use it. It's in the same pile of "things that can happen, but won't for some reason" like sasuke not using the six paths jutsu.

I guess, tsunade not being a pure blooded senju could explain that or it's something only an ashura transmigrant can get naturally. It was never shown that madara used wood jutsu immediately after he transplanted hashirama's dna into his wound, he had plenty of time to learn mokuton jutsu though.

Sasuke HAS Hashirama's cells implanted in him by Kabuto, so I guess he is the one who will be using it most likely.
Naruto has the GOAT six paths senjutsu/ Truth-seeking orbs, he doesn't need Mokuton.

I accidentally translated the phrase shinra bansho as "creation of all things," but it actually means "all of creation" or "everything in the universe." It's not saying that they're using the Ninjutsu "Creation of All Things" to manipulate/control the Truthseeker Orbs, but rather that they're using "the power of the universe".
