That's the most ridiculous basis I've ever read on this forum. You did not see the battle and do not know of Ashura's abilities other than his avatar. He could have created more techniques than Indra for all you know.

Affinities have nothing to do with it. regular shinobi have learned all five chakra natures. And my consensus was that Kishimoto did not give him mokuton simply to keep his and Hashirama's abilities exclusive, which has nothing to do with the plot, but the mangaka's bias.

U can't say Ashura had mokuton just because u want him to. And among his successors that high life force and good body is what they have inherited. Not chakra natures.

If Kishi wanted Mokuton to be an inherited trait of all ashura then he would have shown it with Ashura, but instead he showed the chakra mode which surprisingly Hashi is the only one that doesn't have it. :|

Sorry the plot itself is mangaka bias. :| Naruto stuck to using rasengans is also manga bias which is actual my biggest reason for believing that Naruto will never achieve mokuton.

Anyways based on principles of the manga as long as Naruto's arm the only logical reason that I can see for Naruto not having mokuton would be if Tsunade didn't create the arm like Orochimaru did and just made it simply function as a simply bio engineered prosthetic arm.

Tinkering with the cells to that extent could also be the reason as to why Sasuke doesn't have mokuton even though he was implanted with Hashirama cells.

Anyway regardless of heredity or incarnations. If that arm functions like Danzo's Naruto should have mokuton, but u can't say Kishi gave it to him until he shows it because author's decision > logic

Wrong. Naruto obtained the kekkei Genkis of the bijuus by becoming their jinchuriki. And at the end of the day, it doesn't matter because the point of mentioning elements was to indicate the possibility of the Kekkei Genkis that come from them.

Hashirama was not a jinchuriki and you could argue that Ashura was. You could also argue that Hashirama did not reach his full chakra capacity. He clearly focused on developing his mokuton and senjutsu over anything else.

Technically, Naruto not using mokuton is not the same as he not having it because it could be dormant in him.

From what I can tell Madara is the only incarnation that specializes in wind

Indra=lightning
And Sasuke does lightning as well

Mokuton requires Yang release, Ashura had that. Mokuton is a KKG that comes from the Juubi/Gedo Mazo, and Hagoromo was its jinchuuriki. Like every jinchuuriki child, Ashura inherited Sage's body as well as Juubi characteristics, Mokuton and chakra Avatar/goududama being what he inherited.

I think in the end Kishi decided to give Uzumaki bijuu/Gedo Mazo traits, and Senju Hago's body :|

Naruto has mokuton tho..he's an indirect juubi jinchuriki and the Uzumaki inherited the Gedo Mazo's traits (chakra chains, life force). Also, the Gedo Mazo has mokuton properties and he's a transmigrant, hence why Naruto's chakra influences Hashi's wood release when he's in bijuu mode.
