He'll win but he'll die shortly after from heart failure. Its been shown many times that he has damage to his heart. The fight with kabuto and most recently the fight with madara. Seriously the guy just came from heart surgery and had no time to rest. And this is a battle to be hokage and naruto always said I'm not going to die until I become homage or I'm not going to give up until I become homage and according to naruto he never goes back on his word right? So it only makes sense that naruto dies.

By the way naruto even said to assume the next time we fight we'll both die.

Naruto doesnt have heart problems. He heals from any and everything. Hell Sasuke was impaled through the heart too. What about him?
