No, just no. If anybody's getting Moukton is Sasuke due to having Hashirama's chakra and DNA cells. It eould be entirely unfair if Naruto gets Moukton. He would be too OP.

Plus, Madara had Moukton.

Yeah and why no one have no wood release excepts Hashirama? It is because he awaking his power when he was adult.
So it is like Asura how awaking his power years later. Ashura chakra will bloomed inside Naruto and awaking wood release.

As you said. And besides we all know that Hashirama is the only one used. Neither his father, brother, kid, or grandkids has this release.
We know, that Hashirama used when he was adult. Hashirama also was Ashura reincarnation. And awakened his powers years later like his ancestor Ashura.
