Naruto has some chakra from all of the bijuu except for the hachibe and ichibe. Obito absorbed chakras from hachibe and ichibe so he will have all the chakras necessary to be in so6p mode. Also guy will use the 8th gate obviously.

and sasuke got some senju shakra from hasherama so he will get the eyes of the elder son
