I made similar thread when i was just a newbie...it was about 7 months ago i guess....now i am again making this thread and may be unlike last time....people will come up with good reasons and support me...

Now come to the thread title....Yeah i truly believe that Naruto will surpass the SO6P....with new power and with new destiny...

Let me point out some facts from narutoverse:
1. Newer generation always surpass the older generation
2. The older generation were called legend cause the history made them the legends

I don't think that Naruto would get any eye power technique or something....a new power will be shown i guess.....and since he is supposed to be the savior of the ninja world....he will create a new destiny that will eventually surpass the SO6P....

As much as Naruto is powerful, IMO, he's not going to surpass the Sage regarding power and strength. But I do believe he will surpass him in some other way: bringing peace to the shinobi world.

Here is my take on it, it is a post from another thread.

Nah, I think he is meant to surpass the sage, but not in strength but in bringing peace, so his eyes aren't needed.

The younger son was entrusted with the sages will, and that is what you see here, Naruto taking on that will that the sage entrusted to the younger son and leading the tailed beasts down the right path. For that role he only needs the body of the sage, because that is what he represents, the younger son taking up that task the sage gave him and finding true peace through love, and becoming his successor.

All in all Naruto doesn't have to be stronger than the sage to surpass him.
