There is a theory that mokuton is related to being an Ashura transmigrant.

Since Naruto can use element releases he never had by sharing tailed beast chakra, there is a possibility that Ashura's chakra can let Naruto use mokuton.

Do you remember than Naruto was revived. He asked Songoku for chakra and add this chakra to his Rasen shurken.

yeah again I ask what bijuu knows wood style? I honestly don't care if Naruto gets wood style but it's not hinted in the slightest way. Wood style should remain unique to Hashirama.
