First, a Question: Can anyone tell us if he is certain that Obito is the one who brought Naruto from Kamui dimension?
Now, since you guys are all ignorant of the mechanism of FTG, I will clear things up. Here is the rule for FTG:
So, technically speaking, the marking is not the key to FTG. Rather, the presence of the user's chakra in the target is the key. Since Minato could place his chakra in every place he wanted to teleport to, he devised the mark. Thus, his mark on a person or a kunai contains his chakra.
Above, Naruto demonstrated that he knows how FTG works. When Juubito attacked Naruto and Sasuke, Minato needed to fly quickly to them and teleport them. However, Minato was too far from them, and he would have arrived late. What Naruto did is to use his chakra arms, catch Sasuke with one of them and reach Minato with the other. By doing that, Naruto established a medium between them and Minato. Consequently:

Rather, there is a connection still remaining that Naruto can use to refill the chakra. Thus, the debate come down to whether Kishi will make Naruto inherit the power of his parents. My opinion is that both Minato and Tobirama are dead, and Naruto is carrying their blood and will. He definitely know FTG and how it works. Whether the fanbase like it or not, Naruto will go to Kamui dimension, bring Sakura and a pair of eyes to Kakashi.
