I wonder what that new EMS power Itachi spoke of is. But one thing to note: The fact that despite seeming to know what that new EMS power is, he believes Naruto can handle Sasuke. We'll see exactly how soon I hope.

This is why I think Naruto will not use Bijuu mode against Sasuke.

Sasuke is using his own power the EMS. Therefore Naruto can't use bijju mode since it will be like fighting Sasuke with the help of Kyuubi while Naruto told Sasuke that he will bear Sasuke's hatred, that prevents him from getting any sort of help other relying on himself in his fight with Sasuke.

Uhm, you know how EMS is created? Half of his power belongs to Itachi. By your logic, Sasuke should only use MS and Naruto should only use SM. Oh, well, I gues that OVA with them fighting with SM and MS will come true.

Why would Hashirama even allow his wife to become a jinchurikki if he could control the 9-tails? It doesn't make any sense but that is what the manga says.

I personally think it was the first scenario I mentioned.

And it is assumed they were equals because the manga says they always fought and Tobi says that Madara was the only one who could fight equally with him. And considering that neither of them were dead and they were rivals, it makes perfect sense that they were equals.

Wait a second... I could have sworn it also said in the manga that Hashirama had the help of all 8 of the other tailed beasts during that fight... it was only after the fight and he became the Hokage that he separated out the tailed beasts to the different nations in order to help bring peace.

So, in the beginning it was EMS Madara+Kurama vs Hashirama+8 other tailed beasts... and even then they were only fighting on equal grounds. So Madara was actually significantly more powerful than Hashirama... To be able to stand up to both him and 8 other tailed beasts with just Kurama.

So, the power hierarchy would be:

EMS Madara+Kurama = Hashirama+8 other tailed beasts

Hashirama+all 9 tailed beasts > EMS Madara

Based on the hints in the manga, including Yamato's abilities and Kurama's reflections, there is no indication than Hashirama or Mito actually *used* his power, only that they suppressed it. The only ones who used Kurama as a weapon are Madara and Toby. In fact, the quotes from Hashirama and Mito show that they wanted only to keep him suppressed.

I believe that Mito actually participated actively in the fight. Up until Kushina's appearance, we all thought that the 4th Hokage defeated Kurama and Toby by himself. Then it turned out she was his partner in the fight, without whom he would have failed. I suspect the same will be revealed true for Hasirama - the entire story emphasizes the value of teamwork, and only bad guys operate alone.

He believes Naruto can handle Sasuke due to his love and determination, not because of some special abilities. In the same way that he won Kurama over, even thought he has no special eye powers or wood release.

Hashirama didn't beat EMS Madara. He had help from his wife and the 9-tails.

Madara would beat Hashirama in a one v. one battle.

But yes I have been saying for a while that Naruto is going to exhaust his BM and Sasuke is going to come upon him right at that moment so the fight will be in Sasuke's favor.

It is the only way to make it a fair fight.

I have yet to see anything he could do to even touch Naruto. Even Naruto's Sage mode would be fast enough to dodge his Amatersu. Plus his Frog Kata is still strong enough to knock him the hell out. People keep on underestimating Sage Mode but in that mode Naruto is quite powerful. He used that mode to dodge the Third Raikage at the right moment and we all know that he was the fastest ninja behind Minato.

That's just plain wrong... The third Raikage was known for his "Ultimate shield (being his incredibly tough skin), and his ultimate spear (His Chidori like attack)". It was never stated in the manga that the THIRD raikage was the fastest other than Minato..

Hell, even in the manga it's shown that the third Raikage only had a slightly above average speed. It was the FOURTH Raikage (A) that was the fastest behind Minato. And, considering Naruto NEEDED KM to be able to get past Raikage, and I believe it's safe to say that KM is substantially faster than SM, Naruto will need KM to avoid Ameterasu.

My point being: The fourth Raikage is faster than the third Raikage.

Upon further investigation (and I'm not sure if Narutopedia can be called a reliable source), it would seem that it was stated that the Third Raikage's speed was On-par with his son's (A). So, I suppose (in theory, and if the information is correct about the third's speed) that Naruto MAY be able to dodge Ameterasu whilst in SM...

However: During the Fourth Raikage's battle with Sasuke, one of his bodyguards (can't remember the name) said that A was going to use a "teleportation" technique. Which is what made him able to avoid Ameterasu. So, I still doubt that naruto would be able to avoid Ameterasu with just SM.

Did you forget that Itachi had no intention of killing Sasuke whatsoever; and that he wanted to A) Drive Orochimaru out of Sasuke's body by removing his Curse Mark. and B) Awaken Sasuke's Mangekyo?

If Itachi had truly meant to kill Sasuke, he wouldn't have been able to so easily avoid Ameterasu.

You clearly can't read because I said the fight would be in Sasuke's favor if he came upon Naruto when Naruto was out of chakra.

I know that Naruto far outclasses Sasuke, that is why the only way to make the fight fair is for Naruto to be almost out of chakra.
