You guys realize that because Yondaime used the death reaper seal, he'll never be able to see Naruto in the afterlife. His soul is forever trapped in the death god's stomach. Also, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd succumbed to this technique. They will never be able to go to heaven.

i Don't know cause way back in the first manga the third was terrified of the fourth joining the the fight saying that he wouldn't survive so there might be some possibilty if Oro could bring him back

Who says theres an afterlife in narutouniverse anyway? weve never seen any such evidence of ghosts or spirits etc in naruto and all we have ever seen are shadows or images people are seeing from there own thoughts, not actual afterlife echos or whatever.

Right and we as humans say committing suicide is a sin and means you dont go to heaven, if youre christian

It doesnt mean there is an actual heaven or hell or afterlife, its just what they THINK happens.

Otherwise someone like orochimaru would purposefully go into that line of discovery as he feared death and the best way to conquer it would be discovering the secrets behind where you go when you die.

Dunno i just never seen a true plausible CONCLUSIVE shred of evidence an afterlife is in naruto.

the fact that 1st and 2nd's soul was summoned into two sand ninjas' body by edo tensei indicates there is an after life and the soul survives somewhere. thats how the jutsu 'edo tensei' works. summoning dead people's soul from after life.
