[Predictions] Naruto will never become Hokage

Hey, just thought I would throw out the possibility that Naruto never achieves the status of Hokage, and instead decides to bring an end to ninja conflict in general by somehow removing ninjitsu from the world. Didn't pervy sage say something along the lines of there always being conflict as long as ninja exist?

I think Narutos goals are changing from being recognized by his peers to bringing peace.

How the hell would he remove ninjutsu from the world? To perform ninjutsu, you need chakra. So if he were to SOMEHOW take all ninjutsu away, he'd have to take everyone's chakra away.

Which is fine, except for one detail: you need chakra to live :|

So in essence you would have Naruto perform the extinction of mankind. Great idea, genius.

The only reason he may not become Hokage is because of the idea of the Tsuchikage becoming reality: uniting all five villages as one hidden village. Then I would assume the ruler of that united hidden village would be called something else. But even that is far-fetched, tbh.

Maybe Ninjitsu wasn't the right word. But there are plenty of inhabitants in the Narutoverse that don't have outrageous abilities.

Sorry, but that's just naive. As long as there are humans, there will be assholes. As long as there are assholes, there will be at least one or two of them who spam overpowered jutsus and want to put a hax jutsu on the moon to brainwash the entire world.

In short, ultimate peace is unobtainable. The best we can hope for is that Naruto keeps the world at least a little peaceful for a few decades, and that is only because he's just so damn charismatic.

Man man if you remove ninjutsu, there would still be no peace. you still god kunai, shuriken and swords, and other tools, don't you? thats enough to keep the ninja system alive, however, at a very low level.

I know the original post has plenty of holes, but I think the general direction of the idea has merit. Naruto becoming Hokage only helps his own aspirations, and it seemed that this war arc was more about people working together for a common good. I don't see how Naruto simply beating every 'bad guy' progresses his character.

Your statements are crazy. The only way there would be peace is if Naruto will be Hokage. Im not saying he WILL become Hokage after the war, but if he were, there could truly be peace. Everyone agrees with his philosophy that has current Kage Status (or potential kage status):

Raikage = I think "A" will die and Killer Bee will take this spot
Tsuckikage = Old Ooonoki has changed his old ways b/c of Gaara
Kage = Gaara, nuff said
MizuKage = Mei, she has always been open minded for peace amoung the countries during this war.
Hokage = Naruto (or Kakashi, if Tsunade dies)

This group of Kages could work together and create a "temporary" peace because of their current relationships.

I was under the impression that his goal was to be recognized by his peers and becoming the Hokage was just how he thought this could happen.

Young naruto thought that being Hokage led to recognition but teen Naruto is realizing its the other way around. Once he has that recognition (which he essentially already has) I don't see his desire of becoming Hokage to be as strong.

I'm not sure what everyone is hating so much. It seems logical to me.

I agree with you Naruto wont be hokage. Naruto is the hero of the world now even the tailed beast look up to him. Naruto is going to have a special title. The leader of the alliance. Besides Tsunade isn't going yo die and she has 20 years left as hokage. She Senju and Uzumaki he's going to live a long life. If anything (don't flame me just listen to the logic) I believe Sasuke is next for the position of hokage. The theme of Naruto is to stop the chains of hatred from the past and all the hate begins with denying Uchiha there right to power. SO6P son and Madara. If Sasuke helps Itachi defeats Kabuto and if he joins Naruto in stopping Tobi. I'd think they'd forgive him seeing as he really didn't do so much damage and didn't kill anyone of importance except Danzo who really had it coming. If anything he caused all this.
