I believe we'll be getting 1 more Opening (Canon Wise) featuring Kaguya& Black Zetsu arc and Naruto Vs Sasuke; the finale of the conclusion. However the reason why it lead me to believe such circumstance is because we're already almost at the 12 episode trademark which is the halfway to the next season.
A Season usually have 24 episodes comprise of 2 endings. Each ending have 12 episodes. I have some information in regards to the Shippuden Episodes Schedule that maybe prolonging episodes through fillers materials enough to advance to the final season. I feel like they're trying to buy time for yet another opening
I would like to give a credit to artondrius for sharing this.
In the Latest Episodes (415), we already going back to the fillers by extending the Obito Flashback. Next episode, we're still stuck in the flashback. Notice on every titles that the Studio are producing very slow paced episodes.
By the time we'll be getting 8th gate, it's possible that it's going to be in #419 or #420 and the first half fight of the 8th gate (Before going to Naruto&Hagaromo) given by the manga with only 1 chapter, it's probably going to last 1/3 to a half of an episode.
Generally there are 2-3 manga chapters per episode. But depending if the staff are willingly to put the effort into the episode, they might add filler extension fight of the 8th gate which are likely last for an entire episode or longer. The same thing can be said to Madara vs Sasuke&Naruto and the Infinite Tsukoymi, having large amount of fillers.
Of course it's too soon to give my judgement however I can see things are start to piling up. Having said that, I would like to give lists of each sub plot to summed up the episodes that generally going to last.

- ( #415, #416, #417) Kakashi and Obito vs Madara (With Flashback) - 2 to 3 episodes
- ( #418) Madara vs 7th gate Gai will probably have the real extension of this fight - 1 episode
- ( #418, #419) Might Dai fight with the Seven Swordsmen is increased to a full length battle with flash backs ( 1-2 Episodes
- ( #419, #420) Madara vs 8th gate is made longer (would like that actually) probably lasting 1-2 episodes before we get to naruto and sasuke with the sage
----- Let me stop right here since there are no reveal episodes guideline enough for me to speculate. Let just summed up what we have so far:
We're right now at the 10th episode of this season and the last episode aired at #415.
#416,#417,#418,#419, #420 = 5 episodes. 10+5= 15 episodes
Already that makes 15th episode of this season and we still have 9 episode left. From there, instead of just assuming the amount of fillers content within the canon episode, I'm gonna keep track of each chapters length that would equate to an episode.

- ( Chapter 670 and 671) Naruto and Sasuke with Hagoromos telling story - 2/3 to one whole of an Episode
- ( Chapter 672, 673 and maybe 674) The Night Moth & Naruto and Sasuke vs Madara - 1 Episode
- ( Chapter 674, 675 and maybe 676) Madara and Obito moment in the Kamui Dimension & Madara double Rinnegan vs Team 7 - 1 Episode
- ( Chapter 676, 677, and maybe 678) Madara vs Naruto and Sasuke Round 2 & IT is activated - 1 Episode
- ( Chapter 678,679 and maybe 680) Everyone in I.T. & Black Zetsu Stabbed Madara upon Kaguya revival - 1
Alright this is where the Kaguya arc started. Before that, everything I listed will make another 5 episodes which in other word it makes the total of 20 episodes before and when the Kaguya arc started. This is all without fillers so of course there are still room for 4 more episodes for this particular season.
Kaguya arc will only lasts 10- 15 chapters while Naruto Vs Sasuke only have like 6-8 chapters.
With 10 ÷ 3 = 3 1/3 Episodes total for Kaguya arc
With Revolution started, it's only going to probably cover Chapter 691, 692, and 693 makes a total of 1 episode
This leads to where VOTE 2 battle started With 6 ÷ 3 = 2 episode total for Naruto Vs Sasuke
They could easily filled in all the remaining episode for Kaguya and Naruto vs Sasuke making total of 26 episodes Season and call it a day but we know that ain't gonna happen simpily because both of last 2 arc are way too short and we know SP are definately saving High budget for the final clash in VOTE 2 so they are going to extend the canon material episodes with fillers to make it from 2 to no longer than 5 episodes, that's the longest stretch I could see.
You might say well the last 2 arc isn't enough to cover the entire Final season however it's not farfetched to say they're are going to incorporate fillers in almost every sub plot where Kaguya fight will be longer and one mostly involved flashback.
Due to the recent event in regarding to the amount of fillers we had, I can definitely see the IT is lasting even longer having intertwining to the next season only before BZ steps in (giving us a real fight I hope) only to give us stretch enough to filled in the entire 24 episode season.
