I doubt that Kakashi will give his eye to Naruto. If anything, Obito or Sasuke might.

I think that Obito may have a change of heart like Negato. He might realize that Madara only wants power, and that his utopian dream is all just a ploy to become the most powerful shinobi ever. This is unlikely, though since it would definitely OP Naruto by giving him the ability to become intangible and access to a S/T Jutsu. He is already the fastest shinobi alive (without being able to teleport he is as fast as Minato), and intangibility is just overkill for a guy completely cloaked in chakra in the shape of a giant fox.

As for Sasuke, he and Naruto are forever linked. They are polar opposites and somehow have to combine their powers/DNA to defeat some ultimate enemy (possibly Madara, Obito, Orochimaru, the Ten-Tails, Sakura, etc.). This may mean that Sasuke grants Naruto his eyes, even if for only one battle. It is a classic anime plot device and has been used countless times in the past (Goku and Vegeta from Dragonball, Kazuma and Ryuho from s-CRY-ed, etc.).
