As it has been established, all chakra comes from the Jubi (God Tree). As we have concluded in part 1, Rikudou obtained his Rinnegan from the Juubi, irrelevant to the fact he was the Jinchuriki later on; his powers came from the Juubi from birth. The Juubi’s composition consists of all 9 Bijuu. Naruto has 50% Kurama (ultimately will obtain the Yin Half) and the chakra of 6 other Bijuu. He is ultimately lacking Shukaku and Gyuki. But the implication that Kurama himself comprises more of the Juubi than any other Bijuu (which is rather obvious given the huge power-gap between Kurama and all the other Bijuu at a mere 50% total chakra). But regardless of this, those beasts comprise the Juubi and the Juubi’s influence (the Fruit is the Juubi’s essence) allows the awakening of the Rinnegan (concluded from the first portion of the thread).
The culmination of the chakra the Bijuu’s gave Naruto and Kurama’s other half will be integral to Naruto awakening the Rinnegan. Another thing to note, we know that Obito’s appearance changed to fit the “Rikudou” type look… Correct? Well he looks like that because of the Juubi’s influence. Now that we know Rikudou inherited his mother’s powers which came from the Juubi’s essence, we know why Rikudou looks like he does (with the horns primarily). Naruto with just 50% Kurama looks very similar to the Rikudou silhouette. With the other half and the influence from the other Bijuu’s, Naruto’s appearance will change once more and embody Rikudou even more. Something like this:
