[Theory] Naruto will get a new power up

I was thinking, will naruto get another powerup ?
In the new manga on page 16, on MANGAPANDA you see that minato says this..
''il bring a big present to you''
Maybe naruto will learn some new jutsu we have never heard of or FTG.
But ftg wouldnt matter that much.
Maybe we would see ''the return of super rasengan'' from that movie.
Thoughts on this?
