Black zetsu explanation about Madara revival is just for Sasuke to know in the future that he can also perform this jutsu to escape any death.I do not know what effect sharinegan or EMS will have on izanagi but i sure it should be better than when Madara did it with his MS.
In conclusion,if Naruto and Sasuke fight and die,Sasuke will just used izanagi to fake his death to make shinobi allaince believe he die ,then come back alive at a certain period of time.If Naruto kill Sasuke and live,then Sasuke can revive himself with izanagi and then kill an worned out Naruto from their battle.Izanagi suppose to bring back the user back to their original state when the user activated the jutsu,killing naruto will not be a problem base on chakra reserve left
