Maybe, maybe not.

On one hand he might see Sasuke's return as mission accomplished and finally pursue Sakura, on the other hand, he might feel worse than he ever did about it because it wasn't him who saved Sasuke.

His promise may be brought up again, however, it's been somewhat negated. All through part 1 and the beginning of part 2, Naruto's promise to Sakura always had a large emphasis and that was their "connection", but when Sakura confessed to Naruto and told him to forget about his promise, Naruto tells her that he isn't doing it for her anymore, and that he wants to save Sasuke because it's his best friend.

We will all find out when there is actual proof. NaruSaku or NaruHina could go either way. It's all up to Naruto at the end.
