Now I know most of you are all on the sides of either Hagoromo being evil, Kaguya returning (Rabbit Bijuu) or Orochimaru turning the tables and doing something epic and evil, but none of that's going to happen. Hagoromo simply has no reason to betray anyone plus all the bijuu look up to and respect him, we knew the Sage was a kind caring person before he was introduced, don't try to paint him in a different light just because the final battle was disappointing. Kaguya was sealed, we literally just saw it, yes it's a crappy ending but she's gone. The rabbit bijuu's only purpose was to show Madara's free. Why was Madara spit out? So we can have proper closure to his character. He's clearly not even in the condition to try to pull a trump card. He's gonna have a final talk with Hashi and if he still has his rinnegan, maybe Rinne Tensei (though I really hope not) and then die. Orochimaru, he was TnJ'd into the good side already. His role as a villain was done the second he was originally killed by Sasuke. No matter how you slice it the fighting is over save for Naruto vs Sasuke. All the nostalgic throwbacks in the battle with Kaguya should've been more than enough signs that it was.
With Kaguya sealed and defeated and all the bijuu freed, I feel with the end of the series here, Hagoromo will entrust all the bijuu into the hands of Naruto Uzumaki. With this Kurama's beliefs come full circle and Naruto earns the title of the new Sage of Six Paths. Either him or Sasuke (or both) will use the Sharinnegan to stop I.T. and free everyone. Madara will have closure with Hashirama, maybe do RT before death (I REALLY hope this does not happen just because this war's casualties need to stick just to keep an impact) Hagoromo will say his farewells and leave. Now the whole "what about Hamura" just because we know he exists doesn't mean we need to see him. if anything He will be acknowledged as the Death Seal Reaper. The hokages will either stick around or undo the Edo Tensei. Though with Minato in the movie I really don't know at this point.
Afterwards, we'll get small closure on the rest of the characters such as Gai, Yamato and maybe Anko if she and the rest of the forgotten are worth mentioning again. Now Naruto vs Sasuke - I believe Sasuke will disagree with keeping the bijuu around and that'll lead to his fight with Naruto or it just won't happen in the manga - but in the movie. Tsunade will retire as Hokage and pick Kakashi (dismissing Naruto and Sasuke due to age) or if the Hokage stick around - they form a new system along with the other world leaders and all try to run the world together (slimmer chance than Kakashi becoming Hokage scenario)
We'll get our pairing closure, Hokage discuss the future of the leaf village, keeping an eye on people such as Shikamaru to have a role in the new generation. Sasuke will start the Uchiha clan anew. MAYBE, Naruto will become the instructor for Konohamaru's squad, as they take the lead of the new Team 7. Sakura does...something; I don't know.
Thus, this is how I believe these final few chapters of Naruto will go. We all know the 4th Great Ninja War wasn't so great at all, but the best we can do is enjoy these next few chapters as they come.

I'm not really fond of the idea having Naruto becomes the successor of SO6P at his current age, well, maybe, if he gets older and gains more experience. The rest is acceptable. IMO.
