I believe the Juubi embodies to much evil. I believe that it would be inconsiderate in Naruto's mind to take all the Bijuu and form them into the Juubi. It's almost like taking their lives away. I believe he'll somehow become the Jinchuriki of each Bijuu separately.

You're completely missing my point. The Juubi embodies evil, that doesn't meen Naruto will become evil if he becomes it's host. He won't become its Jinchuriki because it would be dishonoring to all the Bijuu to make them sacrifice their freedom to become the Juubi.

Not really, the Sage told all the Bijuus that they will one day become one and be lead down the right path unlike with him. So that could refer to them being one as in the Juubi or one as in in the same person. Also Kurama's chakra was evil, filled with hate but Naruto was able to separate the love from the hate and Obito did this with the Juubi, that's how he was able to gain control over himself.
