Naruto will become the Hokage [Confirmed]

Naruto is the strongest ninja in the leaf, but i heard people here on NB saying he won't become the Hokage because of his reckless and dump personality, well we saw Hashirama today, and they have the same personality, so i think Naruto is definitely going to become the Hokage after the war
any thoughts?
