Though you make some good points that are really overlooked, you make one misconception people are making alot.
The rinnegan is a Kekai Genkai. It's a blood limit, genetic limit to be more precise doesn't come from the Jubbi, neither it can be passed trough chakra. It can only be reached trough the bloodline mixing of Senju and Uchiha. Naruto, as far as we know is an Uzumaki, and as far as we know Uzumaki are related to Senju, but we still don't know how, neither if Rikudou was an Uzumaki. My point is, there's a bloodline limit imposed to Naruto, in what the Rinnegan concerns (probably), and no amount of Bijuu chakra is gonna undo that for sure. As for him getting the Rinnegan, lot of stuff can go. Obito can give him his eye, Madara can give him his eyes, Rikudou can be summoned, lots of stuff can happen. I'm not so sure he will get the Rinnegan, but I know for sure that he is the reincarnation of the Rikudou, or the one he said would bring balance to the force (ups xD).

Though very solid and great theory you got there, with some really good and overlooked points.

I dunno about naruto but I'm pretty sure Sasuke(uchiha ancestor) will awaken rinnegan, just like naruto resembling the sage's body(senju ancestor) when in bijuu mode. I would love to see the rinnegan's full potential. Great theory though.

I disagree with you, Naruto is gonna represent Sage thoughts, ideals and Sage body + he will acquire Rinnengan for limited period of time via Sage spirit(Sage's chakra in him) to fight against Juubi.

After Fight, Naruto will keep his Sage body while Sasuke will kepp his Sage eyes and peace will be finally fulfilled =D

Besides Sage of six paths was Half Uzumaki and Half Hyuuga, that my theory and I will support it to end until Kishi show me in clear way otherwise =D

Naruto will acquire Rinnengan only for limited period of time and only due to Sage's chakra(spirit) being present in him. After Sage's chakra will run out in Naruto, he will loose Rinnengan eyes=D

Naruto himself is reincarnation of Sage of six paths but he is Sage body, ideals, thoughts(everything !) except Sage eyes and that why I believe Sage of six paths(original) could transfer or manifest Rinnengan in Naruto's eyes due to Sage's chakra being present in him =D
