I saw that kishi said he already had naruto's story come to an end, and now its just a long head on to the end. Well, most of the crazy fans like us would be sad. but still, trust me that the story is still very long even its at climax.
1st of all, we shud really know that kishi wont leave story half-@ssed, there is always something happen later, like Choji butterfly
Lets see what is still left:
Gai/RockLee death gate no.8
the amazing thing we could easily predict, is "morning peacock"(6), "afternoon tiger"(7). And the 8th must be Night 'something' . That should be his final resort and death. Dont forget that Lee is chasing the gates too.

Naruto fated to fight sasuke. Now we know that Naruto is hell stronger than Sasuke. And how Kishi will make Sasuke strong enough to start the epic fight?
Sasuke might learn some secrets from Orochimaru, like curse seal again, Izanami, Perfect Susanoo, and maybe even the Rinnegan.
My wild prediction in the future is:

Well, i think Tobi cant be 100% Obito. If it is so, we have been rigrolled by Kishi again. Without any explaination of Obito's past, Tobi might be some1 else like Izuna etc, that took Obito's eye. And his DNA or chakra to create another thing like hashirama cell. And thats how he feed himself through the body of Zetsu. He took Obito's eye maybe since he was out of choice, that he failed to gain Shisui's eye.

If Tobi is really Obito, when the rock smashed Obito's half body. He actually sends the overlapping part to the dimension =) (just as Tobi's power we see now) And also reveal the past of how he became so lifeless badass.
So far the story of Tobi, what he actually ever said doesnt match the age of Obito. like how he told Naruto how he hated 1sthokage so much and even the story of rikudou sennin. And Tobi fought Minato. Does that mean Obito fought his Sensei and talk like a boss: "You deserve the title of Hokage." Means, he might be other person other than Obito. He might not even be an Uchiha, could be a Senju, or Uzumaki.
-About the last battle
Sasuke became a good guy again, thats how good story wanted to be. Because Naruto wont be able to beat the final battle with Tobi alone without kakashi's help since Tobi's spacetime jutsu. Lets assume if kakashi were dead or wont be able to help him. Naruto and Sasuke together shud be able to finish Tobi off that Sasuke can use his genjutsu to fight off tobi spacetime and Naruto do the destructiive atk for 10minutes like konan explained. And sasuke might be able to stop Tobi frm using izanagi.
-Naruto surpassing previous Hokages
I think that Konohamaru will be the future Hokage.
Surpassing is a must for the story, but becoming hokage is not that important.
Minato pawn Tobi alone like a dog without kamui, due to his fastest speed & cleverness. If Naruto wants to surpass this, maybe Naruto might learn Flying Thunder God Jutsu, Well since he is wind attributed, Flying Wind God Jutsu? Minato doesnt have destructive jutsus like Madara&Hashirama, but speed is still the Ultimate weapon. Thats why Naruto might learn how to be fast. The Konaha Orange Flash? XD
