Sasuke is an Asian boy (Eastern). I think Senju isn't necessarily Western in an european sense. Senju = wood. They're a mix of Chinese & Indian. Hashi looks like a chinese & the chinese taught the japanese to learn from nature (IE) Wood & bamboo). So chinese, indian and western influence onto Japan. Uzumaki & Senju influence on Uchiha Clan. China influence japan first (Hashi to Maddy) then the West came after (Naruto to Sauce).
