We dont have to be told that its genetics. You get some stuff from your dad and some stuff from your mom. Im sure hes gotten parts of his chakra from both but being from the same bloodline and a direct descendant I think its fair to say that their chakra flows through them. Not to mention that they both put more of their chakra into him when they died and have helped to control the kyuubi this whole time.

I'm just talking about the Chakra Chains.
Of course Naruto inherited something from both of his parents, however is there a need for Chakra Chains? He's never been shown to be capable of using them or Fuinjutsu like Uzumaki are known for.

I'm just talking about the reg chakra. Idk if someone mentioned the chains before, but Kushina was brought to Konoha because her chakra was special on its own and that made her compatible to host the kyuubi. I mean maybe they did put it in her and make her use chakra chains on him her whole life, but i dont really think thats the case. I may have forgotten though...

The Chains are part of her chakra, that's why I stated so.

Anyway, Naruto was special from the start because of his inheritance.
However it took him a while to realize his potential.

I thought I had shown that having two skilled or talented parents capable of hosting a Biju doesn't mean the child will.
1/3 of the 4th Kazekage's children was suitable for this and he turned out to be a rare genius.

They had no way of knowing for sure if Naruto would manage as a host. Also,just because someone is suitable, it doesn't mean that they're bodies can handle the task.
The previous 8-Tails Jinchuuriki had one hell of a tough time with Hachibi and when he tried to take control past two tails, he died.
