Lol obviously not, Sasuke was a level or two above Naruto at the start of part 2.

BM Naruto (yes not even BSM Naruto) would have stomped the piss out of EMS Sasuke.

The only time they are equals is when they have their final powerups for each respective arcs.


The tailed beasts chakra obviously is his powerup.

Sasuke being able to control the bijuu's chakra like he did in this last chapter is irrelevant if he doesn't have the bijuu which obviously puts him way below his current level just like Naruto would be way below his current level if the bijuu were taken from him.

I just said that the tailed beasts chakra was his only power-up after that Kaguya fight.

I guess so, it's no different to how Madara had to go and capture Kurama in order to even stand a chance against Hashirama. A whole of of good that did though lol.

that fight ended up coming down to Hashirama being able to take advantage of Madara's Sharingan being deactivated, and it was settled with a jutsu that wasn't an uber powerful or broken one. So yeah, it actually did do Madara some good because he actually could've won. For what you said to be true, Madara would've had the assistance of all 9 bijuu and still be outmatched. So there is a difference.

Alot of Sasuke haters in this thread. What good is naruto without a bijuu again? But they say Sasuke fans are hypocritical but get mad when they bring out boorowed power arguments. Quit whining already

normally you would expect the protagonist to get a last minute power up to match the power of antagonist in order to kill him but here the exact opposite is happening

the antagonist is having to take a massive temporary boost just to try and match the protagonist who is still not trying to kill him, its beyond hilarious

Sasuke was pissed at how much stronger naruto was than he was, he needed naruto and juugo's power to just be a factor in the fight against juubito, and even when he got PS it was being massively enhanced by naruto's BSM. Then there's the fact that naruto still outperformed him by powering the entire alliance while doing all of that.

THen there's the feats that show that even Sasuke's PS's most powerful attacks (slashes) are only on par with naruto's tail swipes. EMS Sasuke only had one susanoo sword at the time naruto has nine tails, even if bijuudama was restricted naruto still murders him. Sasuke didn't have PS chidori at the time, so he'd have no answer for BM Naruto's normal bijuudamas let alone the ones that completely dwarf their avatars, and there's the fact that naruto can use clones along with his avatar to further increase his firepower.

so yeah that's the reason.
