If so what chapter was it. Didn't he try and convince her to stay away while he got and fight Sasuke, because he didn't want her to bear the burden?

One of the few things I like about Nards character is his connection with Tsunade-chan , he was mad at the moment , which is a natural thing to do , but Naruto could never be mad at Tsunade u_u .

Maybe, he got over it when he realized that he would've did the same thing, and Tsunade really didn't have a say in the matter.

No, Naruto saved Sakura when she lied to him and went after Sasuke herself. She even abandoned her team to go off to Sasuke.
